What you’re buying

Hint packs are one-time purchases of digital credits: 10 hints for ₹39, 100 hints for ₹99. Prices include all taxes. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits never expire. A credit is used only when a hint is actually unlocked.

Refunds

• Charged but no credits? We credit your account automatically once the payment confirms. If it doesn’t within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll credit you or refund in full.
• Changed your mind? Request a refund within 7 days of purchase for any credits you haven’t used.
• Hints already unlocked can’t be refunded, as the clue has been delivered.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
